The role of a Medical Information Executive - Call Support involves providing critical information and support to healthcare professionals, patients, and sales representatives. The successful candidate will work within the Medical team of a leading company located in Selangor.

• Provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients.
• Support customers with scientific information regarding the company's products.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the company's product portfolio and the Life Science industry.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent information is provided to all stakeholders.
