Job Description

To be systematically acquiring and demonstrating the skills and knowledge necessary to carry out laboratory diagnostic testing, protocols and Andrology services in:-

Perform venepuncture / blood taking for patients Processing ALL investigative reports including flagging out abnormal reports for doctor's attention, scanning in all reports into Medex and informing patients of results as per doctor's instructions Assist to update the ART register Perform all andrology procedures including semen analysis, IUI sperm preparation, and cryopreservation of sperm Potentially performing some embryology procedures in future Maintaining the equipment and cleanliness within it Actively participates in Quality Improvement Programs essential to ensure that laboratory testing is accurate, timely and meets customer needs To keep accurate records of all procedures and of all specimens Provide patient counselling and education on pertinent health issues
Maintaining excellent patient care and feedback mechanism
To ensure high standard operating protocol is adhered to
To participate and contribute to the marketing and expansion activities of the center as the need arises
To be in-charge or assist in certain project/s as and when directed by the Medical Director
Assisting fellow colleagues and to perform any other duties as assigned by the Medical Director or management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
