Job Description

Implement the health services that have been set by the company and target to increase clinic sales day by day. To lead clinic team and to make sure clinic team compliance with healthcare regulations, policy and safety standard To monitor general clinic facility and supervise clinic assistant in clinic duties and addressing patient. Able to work flexible hours if there is need during public holidays and weekends. Involve in patient clinical management such as consultation, perform physical examination, conduct related investigation, make diagnosis and prescription accordingly. To perform clinical procedure such as ultrasound scan, blood taking, swabbing, ECG, basic surgical procedure/ minor surgery/ suture and wound dressing when needed. To perform family planning invasive method such as injection Depo/ IUCD/ Implanon. To administer medication thru oral/ injection/ intravenous/ suppository when needed. To give counselling to patients accordingly and public awareness regarding health issue. To review and prepare health reports for each cases attended. Ensuring consistent and accurate medical recordkeeping confidential practices To Promote health education to patients, provide fair and friendly treatment to patients with dedication and professionalism. To help in marketing task such as preparing video / poster content for clinic social media. To participate in health day program/ screening onsite or outreach program when required. Responsible to report to Director and management, as well as liaising between administrative and medical staff. Responsible to assist in finding dedicated locum Doctor for replacement during leave day. To audit cases that seen by locum Doctor in order to improve patient's treatment and clinic sales. To help in conducting virtual consultation with clients when required.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
