\xe2\x80\x93 Maintaining the best standards for patient care.
\xe2\x80\x93 Verifying complex diagnosis and assisting with treatment recommendations.
\xe2\x80\x93 Hiring, managing, coaching, and working with consultants of healthcare personnel.
\xe2\x80\x93 Managing allotted funds and determining inpatient care\xe2\x80\x99s need for improvement
\xe2\x80\x93 Keeping up with industry developments and making contributions to initiatives for medical research.
\xe2\x80\x93 Ensuring adherence to safety and healthcare norms.
\xe2\x80\x93 Reporting to high management and coordinating between the medical and administrative employees.
\xe2\x80\x93 Ensuring accurate and consistent methods for maintaining medical records.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATION
\xe2\x80\x93 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Medicine or equivalent;
\xe2\x80\x93 Completed 2-year compulsory service or have obtained approval letter for early exemption; and
\xe2\x80\x93 Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Healthcare \xe2\x80\x93 Doctor/Diagnosis or equivalent.
