Product Management & Training

Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and evaluation trials; gather and report survey feedback for new product development. Monitor and supervise sales person on patient sleep studies, trial progress, and outcome reporting. Stay up to date with market trends, product innovations, and category developments. Provide expert advice on patient complications and machine-related issues beyond the scope of sales personnel. Support prospective customers in gaining demonstration opportunities.

Sales Management

Foster strong customer relationships through excellent service and close collaboration with healthcare professionals. Execute consistent sales team activities to achieve and exceed company objectives and targets. Provide actionable insights to medical sales planning based on field experience; implement targeted action plans to meet or surpass sales goals. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, customer satisfaction, and overall performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced /Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Biology, Nursing, Medical Science or equivalent.*
Candidates possessing extensive nursing or medical experience in a related field will be given preference.*
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English*
Able to work independently under minimum supervision*
Individual with high flexibility and committed.*
Possess own transport and willing and able to travel outstation as required.*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
