Job Description

:



Assist in managing and maintaining patient medical records in an accurate, secure, and confidential manner. Support daily MRD operations including filing, scanning, indexing, data entry and retrieval of medical records. Ensure timely preparation of medical reports, discharge summaries, and record requests. Liaise with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure proper documentation flow and compliance. Perform quality checks to ensure records are complete and meet hospital standards. Provide general administrative support within the department.

Job Requirements:



Minimum SPM / Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Medical Records, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience is an added advantage. Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information. Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry). Able to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and customer service skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
