Supports territory sales forecasting and account planning to ensure effective business management.
Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales Force Effectiveness/Training, and others) to enhance customer engagement.
Ensures compliance with regulatory and quality standards, while maintaining confidentiality and supporting related activities.
Job Requirements:
2-3 years of professional sales experience in a multinational company, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Analytical, energetic, and results-driven in a performance-oriented environment.
Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Science, Pharmacy, or related fields.
Achieve sales targets in assigned channels/territories and contribute to margin versus plan.
Execute business plans aligned with marketing strategy to achieve annual business objectives.
