Competency Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree/ Professional Degree. Candidate with Science background will have an added advantage.
• At least 1 year Sales experience dealing with the healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical industry. Candidates who have Oncology, Hematology & Cardiology sales experience would be an advantage.
• Mature, self-motivated, innovative and proactive while able to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
• Independent, result-oriented and be a good team player.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Effective written and communications skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Area of Coverage: Based in KL, the candidate is required to travel outstation sometimes Salary package: l Mobile phone allowance - RM100 / month l Motor vehicle maintenance allowance \xe2\x80\x93 RM750 / month l Petrol card usage limit- RM500 / month l Sales incentive (upon achieving of target). l Bonus (up to 1 month, non-contractual). l Other benefits: Additional EPF employer contribution/Annual leave/ Medical leave/ Replacement leave/ Hospitalization & Personal Accident insurance coverage/ Outpatient medical benefits/ Company trip/ Long service award etc. (as per legislation requirement and company policy). : l To achieve sales targets set by Management in accordance to the strategies and tactics as defined by company management. To develop and execute appropriate Sales & Promotion activities in order to maximize sales and profit returns to the company. l To grow assigned territory market share and achieve personal sales target. l To visit potential customers in various sectors in promoting and selling the company\xe2\x80\x99s range of products. l To properly manage and execute sales operation of the sub-distributor/agent/direct customer to ensure accomplishment of programs designed to obtain the predetermined sales and marketing objectives. l To evaluate, manage and control sales expenses as well as advertising & promotion expenses to achieve maximum sales returns and optimum coverage. l To work with your superior in selecting and updating customers in the assigned target areas. You are responsible in further evaluate, develop and maximize sales for company products. You are also responsible to make further sales and marketing proposal to your superior or marketing manager. l To maintain and upkeep good company\xe2\x80\x99s corporate image by maintaining good public relationship within industry and among customers. l To records all visits and activities in your areas on customer call cards (including customer opinion, comments, competition, achievement, action plans etc). l To maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales and follow-up activities with assigned territory. l To develop, updates and improves work related skills and knowledge (selling skills, product knowledge etc) for self enhancement. l To organize or assist to organize meetings & events in line with the product business plans (training, public seminar, exhibition etc). l Provide regular and quality feedback to the management on relevant matters such as market developments, competitors, policies, industry and how it could potentially impact the business. l Maintain effective communication between sales, marketing, and shipping to effectively respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery requirements. l Follow up import permits with hospital or Ministry of Health. l Travel to hospitals to meet, service and solve the problem. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month Benefits:
