We are seeking candidates with a strong passion for serving patients\' needs and establishing themselves in the medical industry to join our expansion program. About the job Medical Sales Executives are a key link between Wellchem and healthcare professionals (HCPs). You will be allocated to a specific geographical location and will work strategically to increase the usage of Wellchem\'s pharmaceutical and medical products. Responsibilities: Report to the Area Sales Manager Drive sales and establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders. Promote and sell orthopaedic and O&G products to hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and other relevant healthcare facilities. Develop a deep understanding of each product\'s technical specifications, advantages, and limitations to provide accurate information to potential customers. Establish strong relationships with existing and new customers. Develop and execute sales strategies, including setting sales targets, creating action plans, and tracking progress. Effective territorial planning and time management to maximize coverage in allocated geographical location Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets. Maintain timely and accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using our CRM system. Support the company at relevant medical conferences, CMEs, trade shows, and seminars to network with potential clients, showcase products, and gather industry insights. Requirements: Candidates must possess a Degree or Diploma in Medical Science / Biomedical Science / Science and technology / Physiotherapy / Occupational Therapy / Pharmacy or equivalent Positive attitude, independent, self-motivated and results-oriented Proven track record in medical sales, preferably in orthopaedic or medical device sales, is an added advantage Good command of English and interpersonal skills Possess own car, valid driving license, and willing to travel Due to work permit restrictions, this vacancy is ONLY open to Malaysian citizens and Permanent Residents URGENT Available Positions: Klang Valley (3),
