Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Your responsibilities
- A successful background in sales leadership within the pharmaceutical sector.
- A deep understanding of pharmaceutical products and the ability to navigate industry regulations effortlessly.
- An enthusiastic and motivational leadership style that inspires teams.
- Skilled in communication and negotiation, you know exactly how to convey value and close significant deals.
- A strong academic foundation with a degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related fields.
The experience we're looking for

• With 1-3 years of experience in medical sales.
• Open to fresh graduates from dietetic and nutrition background.
• A strong academic foundation with a degree in Nutrition, Dietetics or any sciences related fields.
• A successful background in sales within the pharmaceutical sector.
• A deep understanding of pharmaceutical products and the ability to navigate industry regulations effortlessly.
• An enthusiastic and motivational leadership style that inspires teams.
• Skilled in communication and negotiation, you know exactly how to convey value and close significant deals

The skills for success
Ecommerce, Analysing sales and Ecommerce data Strategic planning and execution, Relationship building and stakeholder management, Analytical mindset for market trends and data interpretation, Effective communication and presentation skills, Regulatory compliance understanding.
