JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve sales, growth, market share and listing targets set by the company for promoted brands.
- Organize promotional activities to increase the noise level of promoted brand.
- Continuously assess and develop new channel, HCP, hospitals or accounts to broaden the company market share.
- Continuous learning on latest medical/clinical knowledge, brand strategy and tactics to add value to HCP.
- Handle customer complaints, product technical complaints, adverse events and medical enquiries quickly and professionally in accordance with company procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Science or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or related fields in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Problem solving and decision-making skill.
- Effective and impactful communication with excellent negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel outstation for business trips.
