Responsibilities * Plan and work to achieve monthly sales target * Prepare daily sales report -Must submit their reports every Monday of the weeks. Furnish routine plan and itinerary to and submit to Area Sales Manager/ Medical Sales Supervisor regularly before end of each month * To update all customers record card regularly and submit to the Area Sales Manager/ Medical Sales Supervisor on a monthly basis * Able to provide and submit market info in lime when needed * Perform sales and carry out duty professionally * Collection of outstanding payment from customers as per aging list * Visit customers regularly to obtain purchase order/sales order and promote new product (if any) * Map out forecast to aid in planning of increasing sales * Resolve/settle bad debts for problem accounts * Provide samples to customers for sampling purposes (Get the approval from Area Sales Manager/ Medical Sales Supervisor before distribute to customer) * Carry sample kit/tablet tray during customer visit * Use negotiation skills to minimize collecting expired goods return from customers * Attend monthly sales meeting and training * All hand delivery D/O cop and signed, must be submitted back to office in a week lime. * All pending poison sheet must be submitted back to office in two months grace period. Qualifications / Requirements: Candidates must be willing to travel outstation (Kedah and Perlis) Must possess minimum diploma level Fresh grad encourage to apply *Experience in healthcare industry added advantage Skills Selling skill Negotiation and problem solving skills Marketing knowledge Proficiency English
