Job Description

The Medical Sales Representative (Ethical) will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's medical devices or pharmaceutical products to hospitals and healthcare institutions through in-person visits. This role will be based at Johor, Malaysia.This role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, educating them on the products, and driving adoption and usage within hospital settings.

• Conduct regular, in-person visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions; and secure product presentations/CME and provide up-to-date information to healthcare professionals.
• Establish and maintain strong, lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital decision-makers.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets through face-to-face engagements, ensuring that products gain traction within the healthcare setting.
• Provide in-depth product details and demonstrations to healthcare professionals during visits, enhancing product awareness and utilization.
• Follow all regulatory guidelines and ensure all promotional activities align with industry standards and company policies.
• Record sales activities, customer interactions, and performance outcomes in the company's CRM system to track progress.
• Willingness and ability to travel across Malaysia to engage with healthcare professionals

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a Science-related field
• 3 to 4 years of experience in hospital sales is preferred.
• Prior experience in retina/ ophthalmology sales will be an added advantage.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
