Role Purpose



As a Sales Representative specializing in healthcare products and services, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our portfolio to clinic providers, including physicians, medical practices, and healthcare facilities. Your primary goal is to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and build long-term customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities



1. Sales and Business Development:

Identify and target prospective clinic providers to generate new business opportunities. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Conduct market research to understand the needs and challenges of clinic providers and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
2. Product Knowledge and Presentation:

Develop in-depth knowledge of our healthcare products and services. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clinic providers. Clearly communicate the benefits and value propositions of our offerings to prospective customers.
3. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clinic providers. Provide excellent customer service and support to address any questions, concerns, or issues. Regularly follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
4. Sales Administration:

Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs. Manage and update customer information in the CRM system. Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and expand your professional network. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development.

Job Requirements



Preferable from sales and marketing background Client Pitching Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or key account management, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical devices industry. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel and attend client meetings, industry events, and conferences as required. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to continuously learn and develop professionally.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
