Acquire the required medical and product knowledge in the Paediatric therapeutic areas relating to Danone brands. Train internal staff on new clinical studies and any related medical knowledge Communication content provider/ be speaker to educate HCPs CME lectures, workshops, symposia presenting fair and balanced related disease area background, therapeutic options and clinical product data Coordinate internal team assessment alongside with Brand Managers for product knowledge and support NSM in role plays Support on training/ work with HCEE and HIMM on competency related assessments or initiatives Handle and respond to medical and products related information, enquiries from the internal colleagues as well as external HCPs, patients and customers with scientifically substantiated answers Monitor the competitive landscape and feedback to internal stakeholders Prepare content relating to HCP education i.e. detailing materials, CXE deck Regular coverage of KOLs/HCPs to administer/recruitment of patients/patients experience program, support NE on field Enforce and ensure compliance within ELN for HCS policies and procedures Support Strategy in implementation of pre-launch, launch and post-launch medical activities and monitor planning to ensure a successful launch of our new products Work with Solution and Strategy team in planning and executing key events via involving in HCP scripts, content and speaker management Own and build KOL engagement plan and strategy by taking in account specific KOL needs and expectations Act as a first point of contact, besides Solutions team as a trusted partner in front of HCPs and medical societies Partner to HIMM and HCEE team on brand science substantiation/ communication materials and assessment Support Strategy and Solutions team to drive brand growth through Science Partner ISEA HIMM Hub in any RWE/ observational trials projects Prepare report and tracking activities submit timely reports of field activities i.e. CXE and event, tracking activities against agreed objectives By providing the medical and scientific communication, the MSL should ensure that the HCPs follow with a recommendation to patients Drive the program that would ease compliance to treatment Ability to influence HCP/ KOL/ medical societies to support business objectives through collaboration programs Any other tasks will be assigned from time to time About You Scientific degree (Medical D, Pharm D, major in scientific field are preferred), PhD/ Degree in Nutrition/ Food Science Minimum of 6 years of professional experience as field/ ethical sales representative. Previous MSL experience is an added advantage Knowledge and experience in Baby and/ or Adult nutrition are preferred Strong communication ability, including written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia Outstanding organizational and time management skills Good multitasking and prioritization skills Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Event management capabilities for HCP scientific lectures & internal trainings Possess in depth knowledge of the industry, products, business environment and best practices About Us Danone is a world leading food company built on three business lines; Specialized Nutrition, Waters and Fresh Dairy Products.
