Job Description

As the Medical Scientific Liaison for Oncology, your pivotal role involves leading scientific engagement with Medical Experts and fostering authentic peer-to-peer connections with esteemed professionals and key stakeholders in the scientific community. You will implement clinical and educational strategies, respond to unsolicited medical inquiries, and proficiently utilise scientific and evidence-based materials to facilitate meaningful interactions.

Develop and execute a comprehensive Oncology-specific MSL scientific engagement plan that aligns with the Oncology Medical Plan, providing guidance for field activities.

Implement objective scientific criteria to ensure effective management of external stakeholders. This includes the creation and regular updating of the Oncology Key Opinion Leader (KOL) list. * Actively gather and share valuable insights from field experiences to support brand strategy, medical initiatives, scientific direction, and overall business development.

Collaborate closely with the Medical Director to devise and execute medical tactics, such as Advisory boards, Continuous Medical Education (CME) programs, Speaker engagements, and other relevant medical-led activities.

Offer crucial insights from key external stakeholders to internal cross-functional teams as needed, guiding the development of Brand and Medical Plans.

Deliver comprehensive and compelling clinical presentations and provide accurate medical information to managed markets, government accounts, and other external stakeholders upon request and as appropriate.

Contribute to the creation or development of medical and scientific materials, including slide decks, and ensuring that the content undergoes appropriate review processes.

• Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Management.

• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry, with a specific focus on oncology.

• Showcase expertise in tailoring engagement strategies to effectively connect with external stakeholders.

• Exhibit strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.

• Display exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with analytic and problem-solving proficiency.
