An exciting Medical Science Liaison (Nutrition) job is now available at a global healthcare company. The job will be permanently based in Malaysia and support strategy and solutions team to drive brand growth.

About the Medical Science Liaison (Nutrition) Role:
This role is critical to ensure the business continuity and ensure a growing brand presence in global markets. The Medical Science Liaison (Nutrition) must also act as a first point of contact, besides solutions team as a trusted partner in front of HCPs and medical societies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire the required medical and product knowledge in the paediatric therapeutic areas
• Train internal staff on new clinical studies and any related medical knowledge
• Act as a communication content provider to educate HCPs
• Coordinate internal team assessment alongside with Brand Managers for product knowledge and support National Sales Manager on role plays
• Support in training/work on competency related assessments or initiatives
• Handle and respond to medical and products related information, enquiries from the internal colleagues as well as external HCPs, patients and customers with scientifically substantiated answers
• Monitor the competitive landscape and feedback to internal stakeholders
• Support strategy in implementation of pre-launch, launch and post-launch medical activities and monitor planning to ensure a successful launch of our new products
• Work with solution and strategy team in planning and executing key events via involving in HCP scripts, content and speaker management

To succeed in this Medical Science Liaison (Nutrition) job, you must demonstrate the ability to influence HCP/KOL/medical societies to support business objectives through collaboration programs. You must also be able to bring your energy and ideas to a meaningful project.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of six years of professional experience as a field or ethical sales representative
• Previous MSL experience is an added advantage
• Event management capabilities for HCP scientific lectures and internal training
• Knowledge and experience in nutrition is preferred
