Job Description

As the Senior Medical Scientific Liaison for Oncology, your role will encompass spearheading scientific engagement with Medical Experts, driving the implementation of clinical and educational strategies, and effectively addressing unsolicited medical inquiries.

Your responsibilities encompass but not limited to: * Engaging with Medical Experts (MEs) to provide comprehensive medical and scientific information.

• Ensuring accurate identification and mapping of MEs and Key Accounts, and seizing opportunities to involve MEs when specific medical needs arise to offer support.
• Developing and implementing strategic ME engagement plans that align with country strategies to effectively prioritise and engage MEs.
• Promptly addressing unsolicited requests for information from MEs.
• Gathering impactful insights from MEs to inform and shape the medical strategy.
• Supporting company\'s clinical research programs by optimising trial execution and providing scientific educational support to potential and existing study sites in collaboration with clinical operations.
• Facilitating the Investigator Initiated Trial (IIT) process upon investigator request, acting as a valuable medical resource for field matrix colleagues.
• Reporting technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios related to company\'s products within 24 hours of receipt. Distributing marketing samples, where applicable.

• Qualification in Pharmacy or Medicine
• Expertise in Operations Management and Execution; Proven ability to collaborate across organisational boundaries
• Comprehensive understanding of English Clinical Research Phases; Strong knowledge of Medical Science and Disease Areas; Proficiency in Medical Education and Scientific Engagement; In-depth understanding of Third-Party Sponsored Trials Medical Governance
• Adaptability to grasp the evolving dynamics of the Pharmaceutical industry
• Fluency and proficiency in spoken and written English, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and technology
