About the Role

We are seeking a

Medical Equipment Planner

to join our growing healthcare consultancy team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for

planning, coordinating, and managing medical and non-medical equipment

for world-class hospital and healthcare development projects -- from design to installation and commissioning.

You'll work closely with designers, consultants, and healthcare professionals to ensure every piece of equipment meets clinical, technical, and functional standards.

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage medical equipment planning across all project phases -- from concept, design, and procurement to installation and testing. Prepare detailed documentation including

equipment schedules, cost estimates, and project budgets

. Collaborate with healthcare clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers to ensure optimal design and functionality. Develop

technical specifications

and tender documents for medical and non-medical equipment. Review project progress and coordinate with contractors for successful implementation. Maintain a comprehensive database of medical equipment and ensure all records are updated. Support business development activities, proposals, and client presentations.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree

in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years

of experience in healthcare facility planning or medical equipment consultancy. Strong technical understanding of

hospital workflows, clinical operations, and medical equipment functionality

. Excellent

project coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills

. Proficient in

Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access

. Strong written and verbal communication skills in

English

(Mandarin is a plus). Independent, resourceful, and able to lead multidisciplinary coordination. Willing to travel locally and internationally based on project needs.

Preferred Profile

Experience as a

Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant

in healthcare or hospital equipment planning. Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities. Familiar with healthcare design-build project environments.
