Store Operations Management: Responsible for the daily management and operations of the store, including inventory management, product display, pre-sales and after-sales service. Ensure efficient operation of the store and achieve sales targets.

Team Management: Manage store employees, develop work plans and goals, motivate team members to improve sales and customer service levels. Supervise employee performance and provide necessary guidance and feedback.

Sales and Performance Management: Develop sales strategies and goals, drive the sales team to achieve performance targets. Analyze sales data, identify sales opportunities and market trends, and take appropriate measures to increase sales revenue and profits.

Customer Reception: Build and maintain good customer relationships, provide friendly service, introduce and sell products, ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Store Image and Marketing Promotion: Ensure that the store's image and display comply with brand standards and participate in the development of marketing promotion activities. Maintain good cooperation with suppliers and partners to promote store business development.

Requirements:

Fluent in both Chinese and English, as the position requires communication with Chinese-speaking customers. Relevant experience in the field is required. Familiarity with Autocount POS system. Strong teamwork skills, able to collaborate with team members to complete tasks. Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and committed. Preferably available to start immediately.
