Job Summary:
To implement technology development and transfer, in deciding the required physical/electrical target in developed technology at competitive cost and performance.

:
1. To plan, develop and implement individual/organization development plan of PD module MBOs TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER & DEVELOPMENT.
2. Acquire from our technology partner (internal/external) the knowledge necessary for the successful transfer or development of technology.
3. Support/work the development of new processes and transfer project based on customers\xe2\x80\x99 need.
4. Coordinate available resources from the process engineering, product engineering, FA and manufacturing group in troubleshooting, resolving issues, process improvement and yield enhancement.
5. Enhance the yield and reliability of the acquired technology and process.
6. DOE design for technology optimization.
7. Qualify the acquired technology successfully in Company.
8. Transfer developed process to YE and support stabilization EHS and Quality.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or higher in Engineering/Science
2. Preferably with 12 years of working experiences in semiconductor device physics and process integration

i. Test patter design for electrical & process monitoring
ii. Job view for GDS data & MEBES data
iii. TCAD simulation Semiconductor device physics and process simulation skills
iv. Understanding on the procedure of the development and transfer
v. Knowledge of semiconductor physics and device
