Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Manage and process membership applications, renewals and termination

Respond to queries, concerns and complaints from members or prospect members, provide appropriate solution

Deliver high-quality customer service, and provide information on membership benefits, policies and procedures to members

Serve members in a timely and effective manner and record relevant data accurately in the company database system.

Manage and coordinate gift redemptions while keeping a regular checklist for all stock inventory

Collaborate with and support marketing team during promotional and festive events

Recruit new membership

Requirements:



Candidate must possess minimum SPM or equivalent certificate

1 year relevant experience in a customer service support environment preferable

Good communication skills with a customer-oriented approach. Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

Experience using membership and loyalty systems and mobile applications will be an added advantage

Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
