Membership Consultant cum Customer Service

to be the welcoming face of our brand and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and assist members and visitors with a warm, professional attitude. Handle membership sign-ups, renewals, and inquiries via phone, walk-in, and WhatsApp. Manage daily check-ins, bookings, and front desk administrative tasks. Support daily cash handling, payment processing, and basic record keeping. Coordinate with trainers and management on class schedules and appointments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Assist in stock management for supplements, merchandise, and gym supplies. Prepare simple daily reports (attendance, sales, or administrative updates).

Requirements



Minimum

SPM / Diploma

in Business Admin, Customer Service, or related field. Prior experience in

sales, or customer service

roles is an advantage. Friendly personality with excellent communication skills in

English and Malay

(Mandarin is a plus). Basic computer literacy (MS Office / Google Workspace). Able to work

on shifts

, including weekends and public holidays. Passion for

fitness and a healthy lifestyle

is highly preferred!

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
