Available Position: Membership Consultant
Availability: (Full-time / Contract)
Working hours: 8
Shifts: 7am - 3:00pm or 3:00pm - 11:00pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attract and engage new members into the club
Promote membership sales and consultation by acquiring extensive knowledge of all business products and services
Manage memberships accounts to ensure a smooth membership experience
Front desk administration, documentation, handling cash sales and cashier
Provide excellent and professional customer services
Administrate membership data entry and acclimatize with the various systems
Create and manage social media contents if needed
Ensure orderliness in the gym
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be computer literate with good knowledge of basic computer applications
Able to communicate sufficiently in English and Bahasa
Passionate or interested in health and fitness
Self-motivated, good people skills and proactive
Excellent work ethics and punctual
