In this position, the individual will be responsible on execution and analysis of NAND memory reliability and perform Failure Analysis. This involves designing and developing reliability sequences for given technology node and maintaining package level Test Programs in addition to performing actual reliability test execution followed by Failure Analysis to root cause the issues reported. Some of the other areas that this position will include will be: Production support, R&D support, test time reductions, yield improvement, DPPM, program quality improvements, test documentation, comprehension of design manuals and data sheets, troubleshooting complex problems, using various bench equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, meters), interacting with other engineering groups.

Qualifications

• PhD/MSc/Meng/BA/BS in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 8+ years of related working experience
• Experience in semiconductor test program development
• Experience using commercial ATE test equipment (Teradyne, Nextest, Advantest memory tester) is a plus
• Have excellent programming/software experience and good knowledge of Test hardware
• Must have good troubleshooting and debug skills
• NAND FLASH memory test background is helpful. Ability to understand failure analysis
• Must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment
• Good people management and team development
• Ability to manage team prioritization to meet expectation and delivery
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills and stakeholders management
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze complex problems, multi-task and meet deadlines
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Good teamwork, willing to learn, logical thinking & ability to multitask
• Good communication & organizational skills.
