Industry: Mechanical & Electrical Consultancy Services

Salary range : Start from RM 5500 depends on experience

Responsible to produce M&E project drawings and BIM models of different disciplines based on specifications and requirements ensure standard are met. Understanding of the 2D drawings, report any discrepancies, highlight issues or clashes Perform the modelling of 3D elements according to the requirement set out Collect, investigate, study, analyse and record all project information, requirements, specifications, etc. which related to the assigned projects. Liaise and coordinate with clients and consultants on BIM issues, design changes and model changes Coordinate with other disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP) to integrate their models into a central BIM environment. To conduct clash detection and identify design conflicts. Attend all direct or in-direct discussions or meetings (internal or external) related to BIM Ensure the BIM models are up to date, accurate and meet the project's requirements. Provide training and support to junior team members on BIM software and best practices. Capable to work independently as well as in a team and able to communicate effectively.

Requirements :-

SPM, Certificate in Drafting, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree IS a MUST has 6 year(s) above of BIM working experience in M&E Consultant Firm. Salary depend on working experience Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Willing to travel to project site.
