The ideal candidate should possess substantial experience and expertise in the construction industry, particularly with a focus on cleanroom development projects. They must demonstrate strong design and technical knowledge relevant to this field.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop cleanroom facilities for semiconductor and industrial projects.
• Create HVAC systems and environmental controls tailored to semiconductor manufacturing needs.
• Select suitable equipment to meet the specific requirements of semiconductor or industrial cleanrooms.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations relevant to semiconductor or industrial cleanroom facilities.
• Oversee construction and manage project timelines for semiconductor or industrial clients.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support during cleanroom operations in semiconductor or industrial settings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Prior experience in cleanroom design for semiconductor or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and air filtration technologies in semiconductor or industrial contexts.
• Familiarity with industry standards and guidelines related to semiconductor or industrial cleanrooms.
• Proficiency in CAD software and problem-solving skills.
