Your new role Oversee the M&E scope to ensure projects are delivered with high-quality results and within established timelines Conduct rigorous monitoring and inspections of construction activities to meet and exceed quality expectations. Develop and execute construction plans, diligently monitoring progress, and driving the construction program forward. Safeguard project costs, maintaining a balance between quality and financial considerations. Foster close collaboration with the client\'s clerk of work, subcontractors, and project consultants. Lead a team, supervising their workflow and tasks to ensure job completion in alignment with project plans. What you\'ll need to succeed Possess a minimum of 10 years of M&E experience within the construction and building industry. Hold a degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in M&E or related fields. Utilise exceptional critical and analytical thinking skills to effectively resolve on-site work challenges. Embrace a team-oriented approach, proactively and systematically addressing tasks.
