Lendlease Malaysia is currently searching for an experienced MEP Package Manager to join the Project Management & Construction team responsible for the build and delivery of a range of projects. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to; Responsibilities Prepare drawings detailing the system designed Support senior engineer and/or senior designer in the on-going plans of project scheduling requirements, manpower requirements and project budgets Perform construction administration and field investigation tasks for pharmaceutical project(s) including conducting field inspections and subsequent detailed inspection reports Processing RFI\'s and change orders Prepare and document compliance calculations and forms Select equipment and fixtures for use in the building Coordinate work with engineers of other disciplines and architects Ensure that all construction contractors\' supervision and manpower are instructed and comply with all aspects of MOM Workplace Safety policy, site regulations, permit to work procedures and instructions and Client requirements Ensure that construction contractors work within the discipline adhere strictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, Specifications, ITP\'s, Procedures and Site Instructions Responsible for the HSES, quality aspects of work within assigned areas and ensure construction contractors complete their work in accordance with project schedule Requirements Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline At least 7 years of related experience Constrcution industry Possess extensive pipefitting and HVAC/Piping experience Proficiency with Piping engineering Demonstrate an ability to supervise a team No matter where your office is, you will be a part of a company that values you.
