Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair MEP systems, including electrical wiring, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Assist Project Manager to ensure all works comply with landlord, building, and safety regulations. Perform site inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems. Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions on-site. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for MEP-related works. Monitor materials, tools, and equipment needed for MEP installation. Prepare daily reports and update supervisor on work progress. Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to safety procedures at all times. Support other project activities when required.

Requirements

Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or related field. Minimum

3 years of working experience

in MEP installation or maintenance (fit-out experience is an added advantage). Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Ability to read technical drawings and M&E schematics. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Willing to work at project sites and travel when required. Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
