They market the most trusted range of canned fruits and vegetable in the market. Their corporate office is located at Bandar Pinggiran Subang in Shah Alam. Currently they are seeking to recruit a Merchandise Inventory Administrator(Officer) for their warehouse operations activities. Working hours for this role: 8.30am-6.00pm (Monday-Friday) About the job This is a full-time permanent role based at the Warehouse in Bandar Pinggiran Subang in Shah Alam area. The role is primarily to facilitate the smooth running of the management of inventory movements and order fulfillment within the warehouse activities. Supporting the distribution operations activities at warehouse, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt of goods/cargo into and out the internal system according to customers specifications. Role & Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for all functions of warehouse logistics/distribution activities.
Manage and accountable for the warehouse logistics operations including receiving, delivery arrangement.
Ensure stock received is relocated and distributed in a timely manner to retail and supply chain establishments across Malaysia.
Organize and coordinate delivery activities of stocks/products with transporters
Maintain high level of customer service to ensure sales orders are processed in a timely manner.
Preparing, recording and ensuring proper filling of invoices, Delivery Orders, Credit notes and delivery documents.
Manage the flow of emails in and out for all warehouse activities.
Manage and control all the warehouse deliveries schedules, including control of movements of merchandise/goods from storage areas in the warehouse to the point of sales.
Monitor and assist loading and unloading of merchandise
Conduct physical inventories to determine losses and identify stocks for distribution.
Handle returns, labeling and other assigned warehouse tasks.
Job Requirements
Malaysian female in age group 21-30.
Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma qualification.
One year of work experience in managing warehouse inventory distribution activities; however fresh graduates without work experience will be duly considered.
Be able to demonstrate excellent literacy/numeracy skills.
Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office(Word, Excel)
Good communication skills with proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese/Mandarin.
Possess own vehicle or have access to a reliable means of transport as public transport is inadequate in this part of Shah Alam.
