We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven FMCG Merchandiser to manage and enhance the visibility of our products in assigned retail outlets. The primary role is to ensure our products are available, correctly priced, prominently displayed, and well-stocked to maximize sales and market share. The ideal candidate will be the key link between our company and the retail trade, executing merchandising standards and providing valuable market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Merchandising & In-Store Execution
Stock Management:
Conduct regular stock checks at assigned outlets (e.g., hypermarkets, supermarkets, convenience stores, petrol station mart).
Shelf Replenishment:
Replenish shelf stock from the store's inventory or backroom to prevent out-of-stock situations.
Planogram Compliance:
Implement and maintain company-approved planograms to ensure optimal shelf space, product facing, and visibility.
Display Creation:
Build and maintain attractive secondary displays (e.g., gondola ends, dump bins, power wings) as per promotional plans.
Product Rotation:
Ensure strict adherence to the First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) principle to minimize product expiry and wastage.
2. Reporting & Administration
Submit daily and weekly reports via the company's reporting system on activities, achievements, and challenges.
Capture and submit store photos as proof of execution.
Manage claims and returns for damaged or expired goods according to company policy.
