The Merchandiser is responsible for manage and optimize online product listings to drive sales and visibility.
Responsibility:
Plan and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
Monitor product performance, pricing, stock levels, and promotions to maximize sales.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and marketing teams to ensure timely updates of product info and availability.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Assist in planning online campaigns and promotions.
Ensure product descriptions, images, and keywords are accurate and SEO-optimized.
Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in e-commerce merchandising or managing online stores (Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
Strong understanding of online consumer behaviour and digital sales trends.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with e-commerce platform tools.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
