Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Visit retail outlets according to scheduled routes to ensure product availability and display standards. Set up and maintain attractive, organized, and brand-compliant displays and shelves. Monitor inventory levels and work closely with sales and logistics teams to replenish stock as needed. Execute promotional setups and ensure marketing materials are displayed correctly and timely. Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and merchandising practices. Provide feedback to management on store performance, consumer behavior, and opportunities for growth. Maintain professional relationships with store managers and staff to facilitate smooth operations. Ensure all products are accurately labeled and priced. Report on stock issues, promotional results, and general store observations.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Merchandiser, Sales Promoter, or in a similar retail/sales role. Strong understanding of merchandising principles and retail sales strategies. Good organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site. Physical ability to lift and arrange products as needed. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various retail locations.
