A. Job Requirements: 1. Age: 24-35 years old 2. Gender: Male/ Female 3. Education Background: Diploma or above, in English, Marketing, Business Administration, etc. 4. Advantage for those with at least 1 year of working experiences in the related field, preferably with working experience in the glass industry B. Job Responsibilities: 1. Assist Sales Manager in complete the daily sales administrative work according to the merchandiser manger assignment 2. Assist Sales Manager in preparing and checking the sales contract to ensure the accuracy of the contract, complete procedures, and complete follow-up files 3. Supervise and track the signing of contracts and the execution of orders 4. Responsible for the registration and reporting of payment control 5. Timely customs declaration, follow-up release; submit bill of lading supplementary materials, insurance; after the ship depart, promptly send customs clearance information to customers 6. Responsible for the check of product delivery data to ensure the accuracy of the delivery data 7. Responsible for the statistics of relevant sales support data 8. Responsible for customer information consultation, feedback and timely communication and processing 9. Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership C. Qualifications: 1. Able to continuous self-learning and self-improvement 2. Familiar with the process of foreign trade 3. Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. 4. Have a strong sense of responsibility and respond to customers in a timely manner 5. Proficient in using in computer, Microsoft Office programs and statistical analysis software 6. Strong team awareness 7. Healthy & No recurring illness
