Manage and prioritize a defined route or area to ensure consistent coverage.
Plan store visits efficiently to maximize productivity.
Identify potential new outlets or sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and purchasing staff.
Resolve issues related to delivery, returns, or complaints.
Educate customers about new products, features, or promotions.
Visit assigned retail outlets, wholesalers, or key accounts on a scheduled route.
Take product orders based on inventory levels, sales trends, and promotions.
Upsell and cross-sell products to increase order value.
Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
Monitor stock levels at customer locations to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Report near-expiry or slow-moving items.
Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment
