MERCHANDISER

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure proper product display, visibility, and stock levels in assigned outlets. Conduct FIFO stock rotation and prevent out-of-stock situations. Implement promotions, new product launches, and maintain pricing & labeling compliance. Build good relationships with store staff and negotiate for better shelf space. Monitor competitor activities and gather market insights. Submit timely sales and stock reports coordinate deliveries and payments. Field-based role (?90% travel to supermarkets, hypermarkets) Prompting urgent and critical issues via WhatsApp / Call to respective client personnel/ sales team

Requirements:

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus Knowledge of merchandising basics and stock rotation (FIFO) Good communication and interpersonal skills Organized, responsible, and able to work independently Able to use smartphone apps (WhatsApp, photo uploads, basic reporting) Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
