Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

1.) Prepare and issue Purchase Order instruction (MXD, MXS, MXQ) to production and subcon within 24hrs .

2.) Prepare and issue lab dip request for solid and printing request form for printed fabrics to in-house and subcon. Make sure that the colour standard, artwork, CAD is available upon receive of Marketing request.

3.) Prepare submission forms for solid, strike off, quality and dye lot for Buyer review and approval.

4.) Follow up comments/approvals for lab- dips, strike off, quality and bulk dyelot.

5.) Prepare completion report and delivery note.

6.) Follow up production, dye house/printer for production date, setting, packing and update delivery schedule to factory if can meet due date.

7.) Update the goods quantity for every shipment and email to Factory.

8.) Arrange and send development and bulk sample yardages to Factory by courier or vessel.

9.) Prepare fabric for testing and send to Buyer's nominated laboratories like ITS, SGS, BV and CTL.

10.) Follow up fabric test result and report, if failed need to re-arrange again for retest until given pass report.

11.) Attend to quality defects complain concerns from factory.

12.) Other duties that maybe assign from time to time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
