Role Summary:
Lead and support a team of merchandisers to drive sales, improve product visibility, and maintain strong relationships with store partners. Responsible for stock management, tester availability, and reducing out-of-stock (OOS) cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and oversee in-store displays and promotions
Evaluate store layouts to maximize product impact
Monitor inventory and sales performance (maintain OOS <5%)
Coach and brief merchandisers on new product launches
Provide weekly reports and updates to management
Requirements:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good planning, organizational, and analytical abilities
Knowledge of merchandising practices and retail operations
Proven track record in achieving KPIs
Preferably with personal care products merchandising experience
Must own a car for work-related travel
