About the Role
As a
Merchandising Executive
, you'll work closely with the Retail Manager to ensure our agrochemical and agricultural products reach farmers and retailers efficiently. You'll play a key role in
stock planning, supplier management, and product innovation
, helping us strengthen our presence in the agricultural retail market.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage agrochemical stock levels to ensure timely product availability across branches.
Identify, categorize and analyze
product movement trends
from fast-moving to seasonal items to support inventory planning and decision-making.
Coordinate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and terms as well as consistent product supply.
Build and maintain
strong relationships with seed producers and agro-input suppliers
to expand our product offerings and supplier network.
Identify and onboard new suppliers to enhance product range and cost efficiency.
Develop creative
product bundle promotions, seasonal campaigns, and pricing strategies i
n collaboration with the marketing team.
Track and report product performance, pricing, and sales insights to support management decisions.
Support retail operations by ensuring accurate stock data, attractive merchandising, and timely replenishment.

About You
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising, procurement or retail operations.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management tools.
Experience in agrochemical / agriculture sector is a plus!
* Willingness to travel for branch visits and product inspections when required.
