About the Role
As a Merchandising Executive, you'll work closely with the Retail Manager to ensure our agrochemical and agricultural products reach farmers and retailers efficiently. You'll play a key role in stock planning, supplier management, and product innovation, helping us strengthen our presence in the agricultural retail market.
Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage agrochemical stock levels to ensure timely product availability across branches.
• Identify, categorize and analyze product movement trends from fast-moving to seasonal items to support inventory planning and decision-making.
• Coordinate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and terms as well as consistent product supply.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with seed producers and agro-input suppliers to expand our product offerings and supplier network.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers to enhance product range and cost efficiency.
• Develop creative product bundle promotions, seasonal campaigns, and pricing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Track and report product performance, pricing, and sales insights to support management decisions.
• Support retail operations by ensuring accurate stock data, attractive merchandising, and timely replenishment.

About You

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising, procurement or retail operations.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management tools.
• Experience in agrochemical / agriculture sector is a plus!
• Willingness to travel for branch visits and product inspections when required.
