Processing purchase goods, components or electronic products in line with specified cost, quality, lead time and delivery targets.
Assess quotations from potential suppliers.
Communicating with vendors regarding order status, delivery schedules, and pricing inquiries.
Ensure continuous supply of required goods and material, communicate and resolve any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business / production operations.
Maintaining vendor databases and updating supplier information.
Handling administrative duties in related department such as filing, data entry and correspondence.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree studies in Business, Marketing or relevant studies
Good experience working in Excel sheets and basic functions of Excel
Preferably 1-2 year experience in Merchandising
Experience in 3C/Electronics industry is an advantage
Able to communicate effectively with international stakeholders and vendors from other countries such as China
