We're looking for a detail-oriented and creative

Merchandising Executive

to join our team. You'll play a key role in ensuring our products are presented attractively, stocked efficiently, and aligned with our brand's image -- both in-store and online.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting up and maintaining attractive, organized product displays that follow company guidelines and enhance customer experience. Monitor stock levels and assist in replenishment, product rotation, and display organization to ensure consistent product availability. Analyze sales data and customer preferences to support decisions on product assortment, placement, and performance improvement. Support promotional launches and marketing campaigns by ensuring promotional items are properly displayed and accessible to customers. Maintain high visual standards by ensuring displays, signage, and layouts reflect company branding and marketing direction. Coordinate with suppliers on delivery schedules, stock availability, and quality checks upon product arrival. Contribute to a positive shopping experience through appealing displays, well-organized products, and engaging store visuals. Work closely with the merchandising, sales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of merchandising activities. Assist in periodic store layout updates to support new products, seasonal themes, and sales campaigns.

Job Requirements

Possess Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good communication and teamwork skills. Experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
