The Pink Apparel Company offers affordable activewear, fashion apparel for women, and toys for children. Our products prioritize comfort, flexibility, and inclusivity, available across 100 consignment outlets in Malaysia. The brand aims to improve everyday life with a diverse range of products for all ages.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with China suppliers -- must be able to read and write in Chinese Follow up on purchase orders and delivery timelines Assist in preparing sales and inventory reports Market survey on products and consumer trends Prepare and analyse sales report and propose action plan Handle basic administrative tasks and data entry Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:

Proficient in reading and writing Chinese (Mandarin)

Good communication and coordination skills Responsible, organized, and able to multitask Fresh Grad is welcomed! Prior experience in merchandising or admin work is an advantage
