Merchandising Executive combines strategic analytical insights, marketing and management skills to ensure the company's products are sold will maximize profit.
Job Responsibilities :
Assist Merchandising Manager in:
Pre-season Management:
Alignment of Sales Forecast with company target
Open to Buy (OTB) Budget planning and monitoring
Assortment and range planning
In-season Management:
Sales Target Tracking
Sales Performance Review
Inbound and Product Launch Monitoring
Stock Allocation
Current Inventory & Stockhold Analysis
Post-season Management:
EOS, Obsolete Inventory & Stockhold Analysis
Stock Movement Facilitation and Monitoring
Markdown and Promotions
Additional responsibilities:
Manalysis related projects as needed
External market research
Create process flows as needed.
This role also requires following up and interaction with all relevant internal departments.
Job and skill requirements :
at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
A minimum of 1 - 2 year's experience in similar role
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, analytical, report-writing skills
Critical thinker and analytical problem solver
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
