is responsible for the overall performance and development of the assigned brand(s), ensuring the attainment of the set business objectives and alignment of relevant programs with brand philosophy and direction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Formulates business objectives and sales plan for approval of the Head of the Brand.
Designs and implements a strategic marketing program that befits brand objectives and will yield maximum sales results and brand equity.
Monitors and evaluates the sales performance of assigned brand(s) and manages inventory level to achieve optimum sales-to-inventory ratio.
Communicates, coordinates, and negotiates with principals and suppliers regarding brand direction, product-related issues, ordering, and brand-building support.
Conceptualizes brand-building programs and oversees effective implementation of marketing and sales-generating activities.
Formulates product or merchandise plan in coordination with the Merchandising group to ensure approved orders are placed promptly
Formulates purchase orders for the approval of the Head of the Brand.
Oversees the timely arrival and availability of products in the market in coordination with the Merchandising and Operations groups.
Conducts brand and product orientation training for salespeople
Keeps up-to-date with new brands and trends in the market and observes competitors regularly for pricing and new product lines.
Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the leader
Qualifications/Skills:
Tertiary education or above
Minimum 1 year working experience in retail buying merchandising
Fresh graduates/Candidates with no experience are also encouraged to apply
Proficient in using computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong numerical sense, detailed and analytical mind
Strong communication, both oral & written in English, and negotiation skill
A good team player, meticulous, and able to work under pressure

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
