Merchant Acquisition (Business Development) Lead Our clients are a Fintech solutions company offering payment solutions to a wide variety of organizations and industries across the APAC region. : To develop new business opportunities, manage, and maintain good business relationships with new and existing customers to promote the company\'s range of services To plan and execute business sales strategies to meet the overall targeted revenue set by the Company. Understand prospect requirements, consult, and formulate solutions with the support of the solutions team Identify, develop, and expand other solutions to create attract and retain existing and new prospects. To cross-sell or introduce all other products and services within the organization group. Continuously monitor the market development and realign with the sales and marketing strategies. Ensure project is delivered within schedule, and all deliverables meet SLAs. Plan, gather, analyze and manage user requirements to recommend solutions to prospective clients Support System Integration Testing & User Acceptance Testing. Adherence to application developments guidelines & standards. Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned Work closely as a team to ensure functional requirements are developed into the user application Set and manage team goals and KPI. Monitor, coach and train business development teams to ensure teamwide success and meet organizational goals. Job requirements: 3 - 5 years experience in merchant acquisition, business development, or sales in the fintech or payment gateway industry.
