About The Job

We are seeking eager, motivated candidates to join our growing organization. You will be overseeing the merchant relationship, providing cashless payment solutions to help businesses of all sizes accept payments easily, secure and effortless.

Responsibilities

Identifying and developing relationship with new and existing clients and merchants. Interacting and managing customers' feedback to understand and support their needs and requirements. Advising clients and merchants on any new, revised or expanded company solutions and services. Providing comprehensive support to improve the merchant's overall payment processing experience. Achieving company sales target. Assisting and performing any other tasks or assignment as may be requested by management from time to time.

Requirements

Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree. 1 year experience in similar industry or position will be added advantage. Ability to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin both verbally and in written format. Possess own transport and willing to travel. High motivated individual with result or target driven. Possess good time management skills, fast learner and able to work independently with minimum supervision. A strong commitment to providing exceptional service and support to merchants.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,800.00 - RM6,800.00 per month
