We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Relationship Management team. This role is responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with prospective and high-value merchants. You will act as a key point of contact, ensuring merchants and partners receive excellent support while actively identifying opportunities to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing high-value merchants.
Drive business development through merchant acquisition, cross-selling, and upselling of the Company's products and services.
Maintain a deep knowledge of all Company products and services, demonstrate value add strategy and plan to merchants to ensure maximizing sales profit for the Company.
Identify merchants' needs and requirements and propose comprehensive Company product and service consultations and guide their decision-making process.
Provide timely support and solutions to resolve merchant issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Collaborate with merchants during marketing campaigns and events to uncover new business opportunities.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, and proactively monitor merchant performance to encourage continued growth.
Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential business opportunities.
Deliver training and support to merchants, partners, and internal teams on product features and solutions.
Assist with ad-hoc assignments or projects as delegated by the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage merchant concerns effectively.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
Knowledge of merchant acquiring business or payment industry will be an added advantage.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Working location: Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.
Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
Education Requirements
Candidate must possess a minimum Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any discipline or its equivalent.
