Salary Range:

RM3,000 - RM5,000/month (Depending on experience)

Experience Required:

2-5 years in IT software support or MES application support

Education Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Industry:

Semiconductor Backend Manufacturing

Responsibilities

Provide incident support for MES and RTD systems in manufacturing Resolve software issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures Monitor system performance, logs, and ensure healthy operation of integrated systems Collaborate with infrastructure team to maintain uptime for 24/7 production Deploy new IT projects and implement automation solutions Maintain documentation for troubleshooting and system configurations Train staff on new technologies and create user guides

Requirements

Fluent in English (spoken & written) Proficient in MES, Unix/Linux OS, Windows, Tibco RVD/BW, SQL, PL/SQL, Java, XML, JavaScript, HTML, PHP, web services, shell scripting Experience in Oracle/MSSQL databases, web-based applications, and software development Knowledge of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity best practices Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Able to work under pressure in 24/7 production environments Willing to work on rotating shifts (day/night/weekends/holidays) Advantage: Experience in APF, Smart-Factory technology, and semiconductor backend manufacturing
